Pros

The only real advantage is probably that menstrual leave for female employees does not count against attendance.

There are no other advantages.

Cons

The first thing you absolutely need to watch out for when joining this company is the senior colleagues who have been there for a long time.

They have all worked with the boss for many years and are veteran employees.

They are all talk, saying the right things in front of the boss.

Whether in meetings or privately, they are extremely good at shifting blame.

Raising this with the boss will not improve things either, because they are all the boss’s beloved employees.

One of the veteran male colleagues has no clear boundary between sales and marketing in terms of his duties.

To put it nicely, he “helps with both”; in reality, he is a terrible teammate who does nothing but hold others back.

When problems arise, he only shifts responsibility and makes sarcastic remarks.

Moreover, this colleague is a notorious workplace sexual harasser.

He sexually harassed women from his first day of employment until the day he left, and liked to look women’s bodies up and down.

He liked discussing women’s figures in private and taking photos of female colleagues without their consent.

The younger they were, the more he liked them. He enjoyed chatting with women and making crude sexual jokes, saying all kinds of obscene things.

He did not even spare female clients.

When these matters were reported to the boss, they only said that this colleague was just fond of joking around.

They said that if anyone felt uncomfortable, they could simply scold him harshly in return.

But in reality, the situation would never improve.

Later on, the boss simply pretended not to understand and did not want to intervene.

This company is entirely focused on individual contributions, using one person to handle both marketing and sales.

You have to find your own marketing projects. In meetings, they only ask, “Where are your projects? What value have you created?”

You are the only one who handles the entire preparation process. Everyone will help you on the day of the event,

but no one else participates beforehand, and crowd control is difficult on the event day as well. It is extremely strenuous and exhausting.

Before giving you a raise, the boss will call you in for a meeting and even ask what qualifies you for one.

You have to explain how much you can contribute to the company in the future.

In the end, the raise feels like charity.

The bonus system is also just talk; when someone is leaving, they rush to pay out a bonus to retain them.

In short, think carefully before joining this company.

It can be a very good place to develop your skills.

After all, you will have to endure workplace sexual harassment, the boss making grand promises, ideas that can change without warning,

and completing every project by yourself.

I hope everyone can find a job that suits them.
