墨禾開發有限公司
Pros

The location is excellent, and it is considered an emerging industry.

It should be said that this thing already existed; someone simply packaged it (to use the boss’s wording).

The environment looks quite good, but after a while you may feel that it was not very well planned.

If I really had to talk about the advantages, apart from the people mentioned above, I can’t really think of any.

Cons

First of all, I’ll respond point by point to the comment from a certain fake-resignation employee—

-

“This is just a job!”

Yes, it is a job, but do you know how many people’s lives depend on it?

After becoming adults, people may spend 60 or 70 percent of their time working. Why should they put up with being mistreated?

-

“While employed, you provide labor and the boss pays your salary. If you feel that the balance is unfair, then leave.

Once the resignation has been agreed upon, the matter is settled.”

Come on—Jack Ma, one of the boss’s favorite idols, once said that people leave their jobs for no more than two reasons: the money isn’t right, or they feel wronged.

Settled? What exactly is settled? How many people actually part ways with the company on good terms?

Some people were even directly forced out on baseless charges. When they came back to claim their rights, they were repeatedly brought up and cursed at in front of successive coworkers.

Were they wrong? Perhaps. But what is wrong with protecting yourself?

If the salary and other rights were properly provided and no one felt wronged, why leave?

-

“Why not look forward and think about what could be done better, instead of continuing to stay here and spit?”

Please go say that to the Tianyan Tong team, as well as the tens of thousands of netizens who have left comments and shared their experiences here 😊

Have you ever considered that while other people spend five minutes leaving a comment, they may also be improving themselves?

They may even be more capable than when they were at this company—they just don’t show it outwardly.

Are people not allowed to talk about the shortcomings of their former company? Not allowed to expose wrongdoing?

What is this, China, North Korea, or the Qin dynasty?

-

“There really is no need to attack other employees.”

Go tell your boss that. Isn’t he the one who is best at attacking employees and vendors?

-

“What I’m trying to say is, can you let it go? Big brother and big sister.”

This is my life. It's my own FK LIFE.

I don’t need you to direct it. Thank you for your concern 💓

I can only say that what someone said in an earlier comment was right:

Where there is no wind, there can be no waves; where there is no fire, there can be no smoke.

Job seekers, there are quite a few soft-furnishing companies in the Greater Taipei area, so please think carefully.

Joining them will encourage an unhealthy workplace environment, and more importantly, it will hurt you yourself 🙏
