After seeing all this, I believe there are no pros, lol.
The boss is too narrow-minded.
You can tell just by looking at the boss’s previous replies, including the content and the replies to the reviews.
The boss is very confident.
They think they are great at handling things, but little do they know that the way they handle things makes employees shake their heads.
The boss greatly overestimates their abilities.
They think they know a lot about design and engineering, but just looking at the company’s renovation project shows how poor the boss’s abilities are.
The boss has no class.
To put it bluntly, they’re just a rich, not-so-Taiwanese +9—and even less loyal than an 89.
The boss is very stingy.
On the day of the year-end banquet, they suddenly said that anyone who had been there for less than two years would not receive a full month’s year-end bonus.
Really great, huh? Who would still feel like eating at the year-end banquet? LOL
