I've stayed at this company for more than four years because jobs are hard to find, but the company's problems really are too numerous to list. The boss is indeed very emotional, making everyone's lives miserable. However, as for bonuses, if you've stayed long enough, you can take over the performance left behind by employees who resign and receive a share of the bonuses. There are issues of exclusion among colleagues, and the boss also loves asking sales managers to manage people, so I've experienced the process of managing others, which is really troublesome. The boss always hires people who aren't suitable, wasting time and energy. I completely don't understand the point.

Because the boss is superstitious, the company has rituals such as worshipping deities, so there is incense burning without proper ventilation, making the place stuffy. The bathroom is dirty, old, and smelly. The floor is full of holes, with stones and dust everywhere, but in the four years I've been here, I've never seen the boss intend to repair it. Instead, the storefront is constantly being repainted. If you're good at flattering people and want to experience bizarre things that you wouldn't find at other companies, you can come and give it a try! After all, anything you can't imagine could happen at this company—it's even more wondrous than Mickey Mouse's clubhouse, in that absurd~ bizarre~ absurd kind of way.
