Pros
Leave work on time; overtime is never required.
The benefits are so-so.
Technician position, earning a basic salary; you can steadily work until retirement.
The year-end bonus is calculated based on the full salary.
Cons
Engineer position........once you get in, you’ll understand for yourself. They offer 35K and expect you to do two or three jobs.
For example, you’re hired as equipment staff but also have to handle process work and R&D. Luckily, I quit!
