I’m new here, and based on what I’ve observed so far, the work environment is really quite good. If you have questions at work, you can ask your colleagues and supervisors, and they’re happy to explain and provide guidance. There are many patients, but the colleagues handling appointments at the front desk arrange everything properly, so there are no bottlenecks. Sometimes overtime is needed because patients arrive late, but overtime is paid, and it doesn’t last too long.

At the beginning, they expect you to get up to speed quickly. This is understandable, since I’m here to work, not to learn slowly as I would at school.

Also, lunch is at your own expense. If there is no break between clinic sessions, there is no designated break time; instead, employees take turns eating with their colleagues, and this is counted as part of working hours.
