Pros

The company is large, and its location is very clearly skipped over.

The area and transportation are both good, although people who live far away still have it pretty tough.

But I heard there used to be a veteran-level senior employee from Keelung.

Commuting is fairly convenient for me, but I guess I should just wash up and go to sleep.

.

The equipment is pretty good, and the benefits are decent too.

There are all kinds of snacks and drinks—even alcohol.

There’s also time that is directly kept in the drawer, and people post Stories every now and then 😂

As for the products, the quality of the partner factories is also pretty good.

At least most customers are satisfied—pay attention to my wording: most customers

Cons

The boss has too bad a temper and scolds anything that doesn’t suit him.

Although the people before me have already said this, I still want to emphasize it once more.

.

The boss often emphasizes that a startup company is bound to have gaps in its structure.

It’s been more than seven years already—does he still have the nerve to call it a startup company?

I heard that in the past, designers were required to get clients to leave five-star Google reviews.

If a review wasn’t five stars, or even contained criticism, the boss would personally fire back and keep attacking until the other person deleted the comment.

A Ms. Lin who was dissatisfied with a product she bought (or maybe that was her surname—I forget) left a comment, and the boss wrote a thousand-character response explaining why she didn’t take legal action against them.

Wow, is this how you do business? Can’t you communicate properly?

.

And then, every so often, there are some comments that look obviously fake.

Things like “the editor replies very quickly,” simply posting a photo, or saying something meaningless—probably just to wash the rating from 4.9 stars back up to 5 stars.

They absolutely cannot accept criticism and require employees to ask their friends to help fabricate reviews.

A business owner who claims to make a living through Google—does Google know you’re playing with it like this? 😏

.

Finally, regarding what someone mentioned earlier about the boss complaining about former employees: it is absolutely true.

Although I don’t know them at all, and as the previous colleague said, many people keep their mouths tightly shut,

one older sister still secretly revealed the general situation to me.

After hearing it, I was simply dumbfounded, so I started considering resigning.

I don’t want to end up being framed and forced out by the boss one day when I’m no longer useful either.

To that long-serving senior employee: you’re truly pitiful.

You worked like a beast, yet your colleagues were afraid you were the boss’s confidant, so you must have been seriously isolated.

How can this kind of workplace culture possibly be open and healthy?

And they still have the nerve to say in interviews and on their website that this is a place where talent gathers 😒😒

.

I advise friends who come here to investigate this company on Tianyancha:

What they say on 104—that if you’re very self-disciplined, you’ll live very comfortably—is all lies.

Only if you win the boss’s favor (with good looks, a good figure, and by showing cleavage) will your hard work be valued.

Everyone else is just a disposable chopstick of a different grade.

To use that meme of the Black man holding up signs: Run, now.

.

Lastly, I want to express my respect to that senior colleague. I don’t know the full story either, but I heard you were treated terribly.

I heard that benefits such as overtime pay were obtained through your efforts.

If I ever get the chance, I really hope to talk with you and learn how to survive in a bad workplace environment 🙇🏻
