The business is extensive; 力譔堂, 中韻, 立得, and 左岸生活設計 are actually all the same company :)
The long working hours are putting everyone’s health in the red. There have also been instances of salaries being paid several days late and reimbursements for out-of-pocket expenses being delayed. The company’s finances are worrying :)
The turnover rate is extremely high. As people leave one after another, projects can only be passed around, waiting to see who is unlucky enough to join and shoulder them :))
The other issues have already been covered more or less by the aggrieved employees’ accounts below. If you don’t believe it, go in and experience it yourself—you’ll know then :)
