The colleagues are all quite nice, and the benefits are standard.
The company’s highest authority is controlled by a female manager (usually the person who interviewed you). This manager is extremely subjective, treats everyone as if they were idiots, and likes to act like a queen.
If you are an individualistic person with your own ideas, you may not be a good fit here. She likes people who obediently do as she says and do not talk back. It is impossible to discuss matters objectively, and if the outcome is contrary to the direction she gave, she will immediately play dumb and shift the blame! If she does not like you, she will pick on you over everything you do, followed by suddenly getting rid of you. This company is very suitable for people who can swallow their frustrations and are good at flattering others!
