1. There are many absurd, counterproductive setups at work. Every time something has to be entered into the internal system for archiving... it takes quite a while, even though the content is essentially the same as the reports required by the department. The content consists entirely of indicators that reflect things "after they have happened," yet we still have to go to great lengths to re-enter them into the company system!?

2. The company’s projects are driven by whatever the "highest-ranking" leader says. You never know what you will suddenly be asked to do. Every day may bring a surprise, and you are almost constantly monitored and chased for updates.

3. The managers are exceptionally skilled at passing the buck. No matter how capable a manager is, they may be assimilated after joining. I have to say that some are still extremely impressive in the industry, but when you work at this company, you will discover that it can actually assimilate highly capable people into experts at passing the buck. They may even band together to block dissenters (the simple standard for determining a dissenting party: anyone who infringes on the interests of most current managers).
