The company is fairly large, seemingly around 90 ping.
Whether the design looks good is a matter of personal opinion, but it’s true that they’ve invested a lot of money and thought into it ✨
The equipment is pretty good too; at least the 3D software doesn’t lag much.
The furniture placed around the office can also be used for sleeping or working—you’re not told that you can’t touch it.
There’s a scooter you can ride to buy lunch or coffee 🛴
There are bonuses, overtime pay, and so on, and the salary system is reasonably well planned.
And then... hmm, I guess that’s about it.
The previous comments already said everything I wanted to say—what’s left for me to talk about? 😂😂
The main issue is that the boss really needs to improve their emotional management; they get angry at the drop of a hat.
They can get angry about big things, small things, or even things that have nothing to do with you.
Also, you’d better have a high SQ talent stat.
They say they’re going to work on new projects, but never do; I never know what they’re so busy with.
They say they’ll adjust the schedule, then ask you to please come in and help out on Saturday.
They say quality control and such can just be handled by the warehouse staff, but there aren’t any colleagues specifically assigned to deal with it.
If there aren’t enough people, just hire more—not have everyone running around frantically like headless flies 😵💫
I don’t know the details, but the boss often bad-mouths several former employees.
They talk about how terrible and awful those people were, bringing up things from who knows how many years ago just to keep beating a dead horse.
When I asked the current employees at the time, they all kept tight-lipped. Was it really that serious? It was baffling.
If you happen to see this (judging from the comments below, the boss does come by to check), I hope you’ll take some advice for the company~~
Stop talking about how much you’ve studied and how much you know—what really matters is actually doing the work.
Stop showing favoritism toward certain employees. Everyone else is a person too; we’re all just working for a paycheck.
Why do some people get berated like dogs, while others get chauffeured around in a Tesla with all the VIP treatment?
And stop bad-mouthing former employees too; no one knows whether those stories are true or not.
It can mislead employees into hating people they don’t even know, which is honestly quite uncomfortable to watch.
If you say you want to make big money, then show the drive and effort needed to make big money instead of only caring about appearances.
Work harder and stay grounded. Maybe you’ll be able to open a branch soon. Keep it up~~🤞🤞🤞
