A 50-year-old company, similar to a hidden champion, and a law-abiding company.
1. It operates steadily while pursuing growth. I can’t say there is no office politics, but there is very little.
2. Training used to be relatively weak, but the company has gradually begun placing more emphasis on it in recent years. The managers are all good people; as long as you are willing to ask, they are willing to teach.
3. The group has 500 employees and three overseas plants. If you are interested in rotation or overseas assignments, this could be a good place for you. I have seen quite a few people move from sales to R&D and from production planning and control to quality assurance. The company places greater emphasis on individual preferences.
The common drawbacks of traditional industries: because the company is stable, it is relatively slow to pursue innovation and change.
Promotions are relatively slow, but there is a talent gap, so if you are ambitious, opportunities to advance can come quickly.
