The boss seems easy to talk to and is also very polite. The colleagues are friendly.
1. The boss has major mood swings, is unpredictable, and often swears.
2. The company does not enroll employees in labor and health insurance on their first day as required by the Labor Standards Act.
3. The probationary period keeps changing.
4. The salary is NT$5,000–10,000 lower than the industry average.
5. The boss assigns work that is completely unrelated to the position you applied for.
6. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays; the year-end bonus is 0.5–1 month’s salary.
7. There are no cleaning staff; employees have to take turns cleaning themselves.
8. There are illegal wage deductions for being late, and no overtime pay is provided.
9. You have to remain on standby after work and on holidays. If you do not reply to messages, the boss will call and yell at you.
10. There are surveillance cameras in the office, and the boss may watch them at any time and call to ask what you are doing.
