The boss seems easy to talk to and is also very polite. Colleagues are friendly.
1. The boss has significant mood swings, is unpredictable, and often swears.
2. The company does not enroll employees in labor and health insurance from their first day of employment as required by the Labor Standards Act.
3. The probationary period keeps changing.
4. The salary is NT$5,000–10,000 lower than the industry standard.
5. The boss assigns work that is completely unrelated to the position you applied for.
6. There are no three-festival bonuses; the year-end bonus is 0.5–1 month’s salary.
7. There are no cleaning staff; employees must take turns cleaning according to a schedule.
8. Illegal wage deductions are made for being late, and no overtime pay is provided.
9. You must remain on standby after work and on holidays. If you do not reply to messages, the boss will call and berate you.
10. There are surveillance cameras in the office, which the boss checks at any time, and the boss calls to ask what you are doing.
