Before interviewing with this company, I had also looked up many relevant reviews. They may have all been from several years ago, so there were some differences from what I actually experienced. I have now successfully joined the company, so I’d like to share what the interview and my first few days of work have been like:

1. There are quite a few stages in the interview process, which shows that the company is thorough.

2. I was interviewed by three managers during the process. It was quite pleasant and relaxed, so there was no need to feel too much pressure. The interviewers were all very friendly, and it felt like we were simply chatting and getting to know each other~ (They even walked me out when I left.)

3. The notification process was very fast. I received notice of the next interview stage or an offer within about 3–4 days, and emails were also answered quickly.

4. The work environment isn’t as quiet and serious as reviews in various places make it sound. It’s a fairly flat organization. Although everyone really does mainly focus on their own work, people discuss problems with one another, and snacks are even passed around in the afternoon. (The work environment may be quite subjective and varies from person to person.)

As for the drawbacks, I haven’t really encountered any so far, so I’ll first mention the aspects that have been troubling or stressing me out at the moment.

(Mainly, it’s pressure I’m putting on myself.)

The training is very comprehensive, and there is genuinely quite a lot of progress to make every day. Although the manager training me said that if I couldn’t keep up or felt the pace was a little fast, I could discuss it with him and adjust the schedule, I still put pressure on myself to complete the day’s progress~
