開羅直效行銷贈品事業股份有限公司
Pros

The boss explained the salary structure for the position. The project manager (a more appealing title; in reality, it is essentially a sales role) has a monthly base salary of NT$30,000, which has not changed in ten years. Performance bonuses are paid when projects are completed. If a project causes the company to incur losses, demerit points are recorded and the year-end bonus is reduced. If the accumulated annual project value reaches NT$30 million or NT$40 million, points are recorded and reflected in the performance bonus. The average annual salary for the company’s sales staff is over NT$600,000.

Cons

The boss said the online test (questions similar to the intelligence tests given in school, such as identifying number sequences and predicting what the next shape will be) is intended to ensure that employees meet his expectations for attention to detail. Personally, I think this is an ineffective testing method...

You can sense that the boss is a very traditional businessman. He keeps trying to discredit my answers and lectures me in the tone of a senior veteran. He also shares examples of his success, and becomes very happy when you agree with him (he seems to enjoy employees flattering him). Combined with the negative reviews found online, female job seekers should decide for themselves whether to join this company.
