The company environment is beautiful.
The restroom is very clean.
You can sleep on the sofa during the lunch break.
The colleagues are easy to get along with.
Everyone has dual monitors, which is pretty great.
There are afternoon snacks every Wednesday.
There is a coffee machine, microwave, and snack table.
There are lots of activities, such as watching movies, riding bicycles, playing badminton, group meals, and more~
The boss asks employees to buy bananas—maybe he’s a monkey, because he gets angry when there are no bananas.
The boss asks employees to buy Louisa Coffee for him, even though it’s just downstairs.
The boss asks employees to make protein shakes for him—maybe he’s still a baby drinking milk.
The boss will suddenly announce a meeting and hold it right away, showing no respect for the employees.
The boss also holds meetings during lunch breaks.
The company has many activities and group meals, but the meals have a spending limit. If you spend more, you have to pay extra—it must be pretty poor.
The boss directly curses at employees using profanity. His emotional management could definitely use improvement.
