1. A very sales-oriented company. Clients often refer to the sales staff as hostesses, and half of the clients are involved in gray-area industries.
2. For most sales staff, the job mainly consists of sending meeting invitations and dining with clients. Any problems or poorly thought-out requirements are simply dumped on the operations or development teams, with virtually no professional capability.
3. The company has no products of its own and is merely an agent for various products. Clients often leave because the pricing is not attractive enough.
