The interviewer was very patient in listening to the applicant’s questions and provided detailed answers. They also answered more sensitive topics, such as salary and benefits, candidly. The compensation was the highest I had encountered in my recent interviews, and the benefits sounded very attractive.

I would also like to commend one thing: the interviewer showed great respect for personal privacy and asked questions only about professional work-related matters. At many clinics, interviewers conduct background inquiries (such as asking about family members or what one’s parents do). I can understand wanting to learn about an employee’s background, but it is not something I would like to answer.

During the interview, they said the benefits included employee trips, free treatment for employees, and quite a few other perks. I’m not sure whether these benefits are actually accessible in practice.
