At first, I was also attracted by the fact that after completing the training and passing the assessment, you can receive a base salary of NT$45,000, which is quite good. I also successfully passed after three months. In addition to learning Xin’s techniques, I also considered the future development opportunities!! So far, I’ve been quite satisfied with the job. The boss even operates a high-tech wig camper van that travels around Taiwan. Sometimes, if there’s a difficult customer issue, you can arrange to meet and consult face-to-face, so you don’t have to rely solely on the stylist to handle everything!! However, learning the skills also requires dedication and practice! I sincerely recommend asking lots of questions when you have them—what you learn is yours! I also plan to continue in this field because there is less competition!

Of course, I’m not someone who wants to earn only the base salary. If I can earn more through performance, I will, because the bonus system is quite good!! I recommend this to hair professionals who want to learn new techniques—you can give it a try~~
