The manager who interviewed me was very dishonest. The production bonus affected the full salary of 30,000 that the manager initially offered me. My full salary was pulled down completely, and the interviewing manager also knew that everyone’s production bonus was only 1,000–1,500! Why did he say 2,000–3,000 during my interview?
