There are tons of drawbacks. The reply below is so hilarious I almost died laughing. HR should pay more attention to salary negotiations.

In this age of information transparency, salaries are hardly confidential anymore. Everyone lays them out and compares them with one another.

So don’t mislead people by saying things like whether they have shopping mall experience.

It’s true that many managers at this company make grand promises. As for the issue of relationships between men and women, that only started happening this year.

I heard that when the capable store managers and leasing managers were still there, everyone was very happy, and they really did get the company through the pandemic and solve many problems.

But they have all left.

All I can do about what remains is laugh.

Young people, keep your eyes wide open. There are plenty of jobs now, so choose carefully. This is just a food court operated by a sublandlord.

As mentioned above, the current managers can’t really teach you anything, because they themselves don’t have much experience (in store operations).

Time is precious, so spend it on work you genuinely enjoy and find meaningful.
