The supervisor answered the HR’s standard questions truthfully in English. They may give you a small assignment, which you’ll need to complete and submit on the spot using pen and paper. I received an offer just 30 minutes after the interview, so it seems they are really short-staffed.
During the interview, they like to emphasize the company culture and employee retention, but when it comes to employee training, promotion opportunities, benefits, and salary, they make vague promises. The actual offer was nothing special. I heard the working hours are very long, and even non-managerial employees are treated as being on a responsibility-based work system without overtime pay.
