- Absolutely never change the content of employment contracts; every change is better than the original terms
- Absolutely never delay payments to vendors; asking employees to front expenses is also impossible
- Absolutely never leave a pile of matters undecided, only to make a decision at the last minute and then claim that you made the decision and hold you responsible
- Absolutely never have the boss constantly change what they say, leaving you forever unclear about the conclusion (equivalent to being unwilling to take responsibility for their own words)
- Absolutely respect gender equality and never deliberately hire a larger number of attractive young women
- Absolutely face negative attention candidly; never make baseless complaints, impersonate employees to leave comments, or threaten people with legal action to delete comments
- Absolutely honor agreements with others and never violate them
- Absolutely never cut a vendor’s costs because of their own mistaken quotation, causing the vendor to suffer a loss
- Absolutely never make mistakes—the number-one soft-furnishings brand in Taipei, after all
- Absolutely never prevent designers from showcasing their abilities; supervisors will definitely give them the freedom to try
- Absolutely never quote the wrong price and then pressure vendors to accept a lower cost
- Absolutely take responsibility; supervisors will never shift their own mistakes onto subordinates or take credit for subordinates’ achievements
- Absolutely never have any strange office romances between supervisors and employees
- Absolutely never ask employees during working hours to handle a supervisor’s personal errands
EX: making a protein shake
- Absolutely never be subjected to sexually harassing verbal attacks, such as remarks about who is too fat, who has large breasts, who dresses provocatively, and so on
- Absolutely subsidize employees’ parking fees
- Snack cabinets are far too lame—you can simply store alcohol in the office and pick it up to drink during work, with a small table fully stocked with alcohol for entertaining guests
Other aspects
- Absolutely never say one thing and do another
- Absolutely never have supervisors remotely monitor employees’ work through surveillance cameras
- Absolutely never require employees to come to work during officially declared disasters (natural disasters, epidemics, or human-caused disasters)
- Absolutely never demand things beyond an employee’s capabilities and then reprimand them
None of the above has ever happened at this company—if anything sounds familiar, it is merely a coincidence
I haven’t seen any obvious shortcomings; it’s a perfect company.
If there is a shortcoming, it must be that your eyes are afflicted by karmic obstacles.
Recently, our company has repeatedly received malicious reports from former employees. Is there a construction business license?

On a job-search and workplace-review website, we suspect that malicious negative reviews were left by former employees who had resigned, and we are pursuing legal procedures. Before the comments are removed from the platform, job seekers are asked to make their own judgments and remain neutral!!!!!!
