There are absolutely no advantages!! They only drive away or get rid of people with professional expertise.

A whole list of drawbacks!!

1. In order to prepare for listing on the stock exchange, they hire a bunch of senior executives. After interviewing and joining, they show no professionalism whatsoever......That would be bad enough! Whenever any problem arises, they only pass it entirely down to the employees below them to handle. It’s truly awful!

2. After new hires join through the interview process, the duties they perform are completely different from what was described during the original interview! No wonder the company’s turnover rate is so high.

3. The boss is always making grand claims, while the senior executives below only know how to curry favor with the boss in carrying out their work.

4. Regardless of whether a new hire is a senior executive or a regular employee, the HR staff never take them around to get acquainted with the various departments. This is truly bizarre!

5. A senior executive in a certain department never seems to stop holding meetings all day, and she can never be found! Doesn’t she know that holding meetings is a huge waste of time? Even when they are held, they produce no results!
