At first, I went to the interview after receiving an invitation proactively sent by this company. The position I interviewed for was “Marketing Consultant,” which was essentially a sales role. Besides making the interviewee wait for an extremely long time, the sales manager also made an unprofessional comment because they hadn’t even properly reviewed the candidate’s résumé: “To be honest, you don’t have any relevant experience. I don’t see the value in offering you that base salary.” Haha, it was unbelievably ridiculous.
