The recruitment HR Chríѕtínnα I first encountered matched me with suitable positions based on my expertise and needs, and also cared about whether the job met my expectations. The salary and benefits were explained very clearly. They even proactively explained common issues that others might encounter. Even after I started working, they would check in from time to time to see whether everything was going smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I could fully sense their sincerity, which gave me an even better impression of the company.
In addition, the CSR I interacted with more frequently after starting work, Ivy, provided detailed explanations of the work preparation and onboarding information at the beginning of my employment. Whenever I raised a question, they responded and resolved it quickly, and they also checked in on my work situation, providing considerable assistance throughout the job.
One advantage of the job benefits is that there are many days off. Since the work is based at a client site, I could almost always leave work on time, making it easier to arrange my own schedule. However, this may vary depending on the specific client site.
In summary, the helpful HR and CSR staff I encountered during my time at the client site, along with the good working environment, made the entire work experience very smooth!
The opportunities for growth are relatively limited. Although the company offers courses, they do not necessarily match one's needs. If you want to expand the scope and development of your work, you may need to transfer to another client site and interview for different types of work.
Also, because the actual work is still carried out at the client site, the experience depends heavily on the team and environment you happen to encounter.
