You have to take off your shoes when you arrive at work.
Every week, someone brings fresh flowers into the office (so you can admire them); professional flower arranging.
There are so many things that I couldn’t finish writing them all. If you just want the key points: “If you want to hone your skills, you can come here; if you want to cultivate your mind, you can also come here; and if you want to experience a lack of systems, you definitely should come.”
There is an endless amount of work. One person is expected to do the work of a hundred, and work has to be pushed forward even on holidays. Messages come in regardless of whether it’s a holiday or late at night.
Some people are very good at passing off work. Even when something is clearly their responsibility, they can keep pushing it off until they have nothing to do and spend the whole day chatting about gossip, or say they are too busy and have no time. Yet these people can still thrive and be happy here (if you want to survive well, remember to learn from them).
The company has no systems, and the salary structure is impossible to understand. You don’t need to clock out after work, so you can leave as late as you like; you can even live at the company.
Communication is extremely inefficient, and meetings last for hours. Matters often end without a conclusion or keep going back and forth. There are also many people with volatile emotions: when they are unhappy, they start yelling or become online keyboard warriors.
If you want to experience it, you are very welcome. This is a suitable place to hone your skills and cultivate your mind.
