The interview was conducted jointly by the HR manager and the hiring manager.

However, throughout the process,

HR did not look at the interviewee at all and did not ask any questions.

They only sat on the side and listened.

The hiring manager, meanwhile, kept asking about the company’s headcount and scale.

There was hardly any other introduction to their company.

It did not leave a very good impression.

At the end, I asked whether overtime pay was provided.

The manager directly said that overtime had to be absorbed as part of the cost of learning,

so there was no overtime pay.

It felt like this company did not offer any particularly special benefits.

When I asked about the benefits, they said everything was in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, with only the three traditional holiday bonuses.
