Honestly, it's so awful that I had to write this to warn everyone away.
Only apply if you're looking for short-term work.
The dispatching details aren't clearly stated.
They mainly deceive inexperienced job seekers,
and only mention the advantage that you might be hired permanently when the dispatch period ends.
Look up reviews of the dispatch work online yourself—they won't tell you the truth. There are no bonuses or promotions. It's suitable for short-term work; the salary may be higher or lower than the industry average.
Even after finding a suitable job, they will still ask you to interview with this company.
They require a preliminary phone interview, then an interview with a supervisor, followed by an interview with the company.
They ask all sorts of questions and investigate your personal background.
They couldn't find anyone for the dispatch job, so they had a headhunting company look for candidates, which has ruined their reputation.
They love asking private questions, such as whether you're currently unemployed and whether you've received a job offer.
If you have received one, will they still interview you for this position?
