None! If I had to say something, it’s that you can just do your own work without having to worry about anything else, and no one will manage you either!
Recently, while searching 104 for jobs, I opened Tianyancha, and suddenly thought of this company where I once worked for a short time. After seeing what I assume was a senior colleague’s review, all I can say is that it was spot-on.
All of the company’s policies depend on someone’s mood. Every day, they come up with new tricks to introduce new policies, catching you completely off guard. People are also very cold toward one another. Just like the advantage mentioned above, if you’re the type of person who doesn’t want to interact with anyone and only wants to focus on doing your own work, you could give it a try. However, during the trial period, the company will usually keep throwing a whole bunch of challenges at you. These challenges are generally meaningless tasks. I sincerely think that anyone reading this comment can stop wasting their time. The company is bureaucratic and full of problems; even when they know about them, they don’t improve anything. When they revise policies, they only change things in insignificant areas. Senior employees also know about the company’s problems and can’t be bothered to interact with new employees because they know you won’t stay long. So when you’re a newcomer, remember to flatter people even when they’re cold toward you, and be a bit of a sycophant, because the people above like hearing those kinds of things. Although I worked there several years ago, I recently contacted former colleagues and found that the situation is still the same. I’m providing this for job seekers’ reference! This really isn’t a good company.
