Coming here is definitely not about praising how great or wonderful this company is.
1. High employee turnover; most people do not stay for long.
2. More than half of the IT department consists of outsourced personnel.
3. The systems are unstable: fixing A breaks B, and fixing B breaks C.
4. Work assignments are extremely strange and completely unrelated to the job description originally provided during recruitment.
5. The company hires engineers but does not assign them programming work.
6. The quality of the full-time employees is extremely poor. Managers do whatever they want and handle matters according to their moods; the entire office area can hear them screaming.
7. Business staff are supposed to find partner stores that can make money for the company, but a small portion of the projects they bring in are operated at a loss.
8. After working in the software industry for more than 10 years, this is the first company I have encountered that performs only normal transaction testing and does not conduct reverse validation testing. (When I asked why, the answer was: “Why do we need to do reverse testing? As long as transactions can be completed, that’s enough.”)
9. Outsourced personnel there are treated like dogs: when you are told to do something, you do it, and you cannot express opinions about better ways to handle it. Otherwise, you will be assigned to the fringes.
10. You can try downloading iCash Pay to verify the points mentioned above and see why an electronic payment service can be so difficult to use!!
