Pros

I interviewed with this company two years ago. The office was smaller back then and felt quite cramped.

Now they have moved to a new office in a different location.

The office is fairly spacious, and the company atmosphere is great. I hope I get the opportunity to be hired.

I found the experience different from the reviews online. After arriving, I asked whether the company had a culture of working overtime.

(I rushed over for the interview at 5 p.m., and the interview ended after about 30 minutes.)

They first reviewed my portfolio and then got straight to the point. I was able to ask about the work plans and content.

The interviewer also answered quite directly. From what I observed, the atmosphere within the team seemed pretty good.

Everyone seemed quite serious about working and discussing things.

I think it is worth coming to take a look.

I was asked why I wanted to change jobs. The main reason was that my previous company had a system where overtime was expected but no overtime pay was provided.

No one dared to leave work before the supervisor, so I hope to find a company where overtime is not required.

The supervisor at this company said that if overtime is necessary, employees can apply for overtime pay or compensatory leave.

However, overtime is hardly ever needed. Indeed, after the interview, I saw everyone gradually clock out and leave at around 5:30 p.m.

For post-production work, finding a company where overtime is not required is definitely a plus.

Cons

I felt that the work environment was fairly quiet, and the open communication made things quite convenient.

However, if you speak a little louder, it seems like everyone can hear you.

There are mostly young people. The average age appears to be in the early thirties, which feels a little too young for me as I am approaching my forties.

Still, if you enjoy a more energetic environment and interacting with younger people, it is pretty good. I feel that it could lead to some different sparks.
