The bathroom is clean

Seriously, don't ignore the online reviews. It only takes a few days after joining to find out: the annual plans are an absolute mess, the boss is inconsistent and muddled, and employees work overtime until they start questioning their lives. The overtime is completely pointless because everything will ultimately be scrapped and redone anyway... The entire company revolves around the boss's preferences, and every day we just keep treading water.

They make it sound nice by saying there is overtime pay, but you can't apply for it anyway.

Cross-departmental communication is terrible. We have meetings every day (taking up 4/5 of the day), yet there is still no progress. Who knows what the hell we're even meeting for... Because in the end, the boss has the final say, no one can actually make decisions, and proposals only ever get shot down. Just looking at how much time is spent in meetings tells you how many things remain undecided.

There is a reason employees don't stay. In any case, we're always the ones at fault. The boss loves laying off employees; if they don't like the look of you or are unhappy with something, you'll get labeled! They don't worry about being unable to hire people anyway. Those with the courage should really go see for themselves~
