Pros

1. The employee benefits are quite good; there are often cookies or food provided by vendors available to eat.

2. Colleagues generally get along well.

Cons

1. The salary is too low (even as a department manager, it may only be around 40,000).

2. Connections are more important than performance (there was once a vice president's relative in the department whose performance was quite average, but whose year-end bonus was higher than that of the hardest-working employee in the department).

3. The company is unwilling to hire new employees (I reported the lack of manpower to HR several times, but the department continued with the strange practice of replacing three departing employees with only one hire, resulting in a severe manpower shortage and preventing senior employees from focusing on their own work).

4. There is no overtime pay (there are only more and more tasks every day. It is more practical to leave on time, because there really are not enough people—whether you use the time for self-improvement or exercise).

Note: When I first joined, there really were more people, and the daily workload could be handled. This is not to say that I wanted to slack off;

currently, each person's workload is definitely more than three times what it was, but the number of people leaving is no less considerable.
