The salary is higher than that of ordinary retail store staff.

If you are proactive, being promoted within a year is not a problem.

The closer a store is to a hospital, the busier it is.

So if you are assigned to that kind of location, be mentally prepared.

Personally,

I really like this job, but unfortunately, the drawbacks below

make it impossible to stay.

A good store manager really makes it feel like a team.

Some managers do not teach, or need to improve their EQ,

and the turnover rate is especially noticeable.

Also, some stores hand over shifts in Line groups,

so you are practically always on call.

During the several years I worked there,

I never really felt like I was on vacation whenever I took time off.

I was on edge every day, worried that I might be tagged again,

or faced with a huge number of chat records in the group every day—something I really did not want to read.
