The working hours are fairly flexible, and the compensation is okay.
Although the salary is fairly decent, it is often paid late, and the boss fires employees he doesn’t like at the drop of a hat!
I suggest that everyone ask for a higher salary during the interview. If you get fired, you can still receive a decent severance payment!
If possible, ask HR to provide a written contract on your first day. It should clearly state the compensation and the monthly payday.
Also, because the boss loves firing people—usually telling you today that you don’t need to come in tomorrow—if you ever receive notice that you are being laid off, remember not to sign any documents stating that you are resigning voluntarily! Before you leave, make sure you receive the involuntary termination certificate, severance pay, pay in lieu of the notice period, any remaining annual leave, and all outstanding wages owed by the boss, and remember to keep documentation as evidence!
If the boss refuses to pay later, you can still sue them!
