There is comprehensive training, but once you get started, you have to find sales on your own. The boss also has no time to pay attention to you, but whenever he does have time—whether after work in the evening or on holidays—he insults people in the group chat, saying how hard he works and wondering why none of the employees work as hard as he does and how there could be any sales.
The young and brash PM manager’s specialty is flattering the boss, and they are not much help with business.
For business trips, you have to use your own private car. They say there is no reimbursement other than fuel costs, but applications for fuel reimbursement are held up for at least two months. They say it is the company’s process, but I feel it may be deliberate or that the company is experiencing financial difficulties.
The boss takes insulting people as a hobby: he insults his own employees for others to see, then insults whoever else he wants to berate. He seeks self-affirmation by rushing around outside every day, boasts that all the sales are due to him, and considers the sales staff useless once they arrive. Job seekers, think twice.
