Hehe, a company this “great” shouldn’t be allowed to be a disaster for only me.
Such a disastrous company—it shouldn’t be something only I know about! At the very beginning of the interview, they make you wait for a long time, because your time isn’t time; only the boss’s time counts as time.
11. Every month, you have to submit work records before you can receive your salary. Basically, your pay will always be delayed until payday, because they only slowly arrange the payroll after discussing it.
2. The boss loves to make grand promises and deceive inexperienced people. The company has no engineering team.
3. They say they don’t encourage overtime, but if you leave work on time, you’ll be scolded for not helping the team (I really don’t know what I’m doing during those eight working hours, then.)
4. You’re not allowed to turn on the air conditioning, even when it’s very hot; employees are simply encouraged to use electric fans.
5. The boss comes into the office in the afternoon and especially loves to call you into meetings right before the end of the workday.
6. Even when they want to fire you, they’ll still use all kinds of reasons to persuade you to resign voluntarily.
If you’re considering working for this company, think twice before proceeding!
Enter at your own risk! You can tell from the website that we practice “meteorite-style development,” so don’t be fooled by the boss’s sales pitch—we fundamentally don’t value user experience:
Our ordering process is different from that of ordinary e-commerce sites. Others let you buy with one click; we require you to find a dedicated service representative. Why? Because you’ll get lost on our website!
And take another good look at the company website—do you really know what it’s doing? Don’t go astray~ Let’s all encourage one another!
What this company is looking for isn’t a UI/UX designer, but merely a graphic designer who follows orders.
