1. It is a family business, and almost all of the supervisors are relatives; only a small number—two or three—are not related.
2. The lunch break is from 12:00 to 13:00, but it is impossible to take a break right on time. You always end up eating more than ten minutes late because no one starts moving, the supervisors do not take action either, and they will watch from behind the scenes.
3. The end of the workday is 17:00, but it is also impossible to leave on time because the supervisors will watch from behind the scenes. Sometimes, they assign tasks right before the end of the workday and even say, “Try to finish today’s work today.”
4. The turnover rate is high, so when you join, some positions have no one to train you and you have to figure things out yourself. You may not have been there long yourself and still be required to train new employees. When leaving, you also have to complete the handover and related procedures.
5. The supervisor for certain positions will sit behind you and constantly ask what you are doing or what tasks you plan to arrange next, creating a constant sense of pressure from being monitored.
