How could there be any pros?
The northern region’s operations are all very problematic.
The northern branch manager thinks about picking up women every day.
They themselves do not even fit the brand, yet they can still draw a salary.
Oh, right.
HR is also seriously problematic. The branch manager clearly has no shopping mall experience, yet can receive that kind of salary.
Colleagues with no shopping mall experience, on the other hand, are paid entry-level salaries.
Recruitment filled four positions and asked for a raise, but was told that it was not possible because they had no shopping mall experience.
Where are your conscience and logic? The ones who sit back and enjoy the fruits of others’ labor always have it the easiest.
Do not compromise because you are desperate to find a job and believe what these people say.
You will only come here to waste your time.
Most managers have little actual ability.
Those who were capable have all left.
