The interviewer for the operations position did not seem to be at a managerial level, but rather like an ordinary staff member. The communication of the company culture and values was quite weak. A friend shared that, in a recent interview for another position, the interviewers included someone from Hong Kong and someone who seemed to be from China. There are currently a lot of job openings posted on 104, which feels quite strange.
