Pros
The people here are genuinely pleasant to work with. If you’re not short on money, you could consider this job.
Cons
The boss seems to favor women more. Male managers have a harder time winning the boss’s favor. Based on what I’ve seen so far, the compensation is not as good as at companies in the same industry, and the boss is indeed less willing to share profits with employees.
