Due to misguided strategic direction and an incompetent leadership team, a large number of internal employees have resigned. Interviewees are advised to be cautious about this company. The high salary is only an illusion (because the company simply cannot find people); after joining, there is no handover, and you are immediately expected to shoulder the responsibility.

All the normal people have already left. At present, only new employees who do not understand the situation and long-serving employees who contribute nothing while waiting to see which way the wind blows remain. No one genuinely cares about or works seriously for the freelancers taking on projects through this platform or the full-time employees. Interviewees are advised not to come here and waste their time.
