1. Parking spaces are hard to find (it’s best to be from Dayuan or commute by scooter).
2. There are serious cliques in the office; you need to be confident about breaking into a group before coming.
3. There are long-standing problems left unresolved for years. Many departments will make things difficult for you, while management expects results without providing the necessary resources.
4. If you come, be prepared to act as the junior underling!
5. If you don’t believe me, take over and see: the wastewater volume at the Dayuan plant has always been inaccurate. Management knows, but the reality is that it cannot be improved. What puts you in a difficult position is that other departments will blame you for not doing your job properly.
