Harmonious relationships among colleagues
The manager in charge
Her tone is often very rude, highly emotional, and filled with negativity.
She likes to yell loudly and loses her temper over the smallest things.
She really likes to dwell on matters that are not important.
She requires every email to be printed out for her and checks it line by line with her subordinates.
Sometimes, even after she has been given a black-and-white printout, she insists on printing another copy in color herself,
as if she were unable to do her work unless it had been printed out.
If a certain email is accidentally not printed and given to her, she gets angry.
Then she can justifiably yell loudly at her subordinate: “You need to be more flexible in your thinking.”
Wish: If this company did not have her in it, the air would immediately become fresher.
