Flexible scheduling for part-time employees
The supervisor gives you a good first impression, but stabs you in the back and is quite thin-skinned. They often boss subordinates around in the LINE group chat. If the supervisor makes a mistake, they come up with many excuses, while subordinates are immediately singled out when they make mistakes. If you say something the supervisor does not want to hear, they will pretend not to understand, or later claim that you never said it. In addition, there is a senior part-time employee who has a very close relationship with the supervisor. Although this senior employee has been unable to become a permanent employee for a long time, they occupy a position somewhere between a newcomer and the supervisor. This employee speaks sarcastically and with barbed undertones, often ignores newcomers, and expects newcomers to know how to do everything. They frequently play both sides between the supervisor and newcomers. Be careful if you come here to work part-time!
