Pros

Proactively recruiting people for interviews

Cons

Invited more than a dozen people to a group interview. In the first half, they simply explained that the base salary of 25,000 plus allowances only came to 29,000, and that performance bonuses were not guaranteed. The store location could frequently be transferred to another county or city, with no transportation reimbursement (this point was very honest and good).

In the second half, during the individual interviews, they took turns humiliating the applicants—an extremely inappropriate way for HR to conduct consultations (this point was very bad, especially since most applicants had not proactively submitted resumes to your company; you were the ones who invited them).

Ninety percent of the applicants had pets, and each pet owner has their own social circle. How many potential customers were lost from just one interview? I really sympathized with their employees after the interview, but I will not be spending money there anymore.....
