If you commute by public transportation, it is very convenient, since parking around Taipei Main Station is really difficult. The additional employee benefits listed on 104 are also genuine—these are all tangible benefits that you can actually enjoy.
In addition, during the two years I worked here, whenever I wanted to further develop a work-related skill, the company was willing to provide subsidies. Improving your abilities gives you more opportunities for promotion. Overall, it is a company that provides support and genuinely considers its employees’ future.
As mentioned in the pros, Taipei Main Station is a very convenient location if you commute by public transportation. However, I ride a scooter, and having to find parking every day is genuinely frustrating. My home is even farther from public transportation, so I have no choice but to ride to work. As a result, I either park very far away or pay a lot to use a parking lot.
