There is a free employee lunch, and it is not too bad.
1. You have to wear a uniform, stockings, and high heels (at the branch where I worked).
2. Low pay.
For example, how low is it? I asked a colleague from another department about their salary after they applied to resign. It turned out that they had worked at Fullon Hotel for five years, yet their salary was about the same as mine as a new employee.
3. They want to be as rigorous as Japanese companies, but they are only strict about the rules and have not adopted the employee benefits provided by Japanese companies. Doing only half the job means exploiting the workers.
4. I did work beyond the scope of this position for six months. My supervisor promised that my salary would be increased, but in the end, it never happened. When you work yourself to death, the supervisor thinks these are all simple little tasks, even though she has never done them herself.
5. There is no overtime pay.
